PLASTGrommet to Showcase Large-Format Finishing Automation at PRINTING United Expo 2026

PLASTGrommet, a manufacturer and supplier of banner and textile finishing solutions, will highlight its large-format finishing automation equipment at PRINTING United Expo 2026. The company will exhibit in Booth C2431 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Sept. 23 to 25.

During the Expo, PLASTGrommet will demonstrate how its equipment can streamline production workflows and eliminate bottlenecks for large-format businesses.

Banner Finishing Solutions

• The Finishing Station features integrated welding and grommeting in a single step and includes a camera upgrade that reads grommet marks to assist operators.
• The Evolve Air Welder, a multi-purpose hot air welder, will be shown with a synchronized conveyor belt for easier media handling during longer welds.

Grommeting Equipment

• Evolution, Autocross, and Multipress automatic presses are designed for a variety of materials.
• Queen and Speed Queen serve as semi-automatic press options.
• Demonstrations will utilize a mix of clear plastic and brass grommets.

Media Roll Lifters

• Compact Lifter acts as a manual media lifter for rolls up to 440 lbs.
• Compact e-Lifter Pro is a battery-operated media lifter for rolls up to 660 lbs.
• RollMAX Lifter offers a manual lifting solution for rolls up to 992 lbs.
• RollMAX e-Lifter Pro provides battery-operated lifting for large diameter rolls up to 992 lbs.
