Universal Wilde Announces Patrick Romich as New CEO
WESTWOOD, MA—October 3, 2013—Universal Wilde announced that, effective immediately Patrick Romich will join Universal Wilde as CEO. In this key role for the company, Romich will drive the strategy, growth and future vision of Universal Wilde.
Patrick brings nearly 30 years of senior executive leadership in software and services organizations, as well as a strong record of successfully growing businesses, particularly in technology. His expertise has led to over 20 large and small company mergers and acquisitions. Romich has also experienced success in growing revenues and exceeding profitability in small VC and private equity firms and family-owned businesses. He brings experience in SaaS, recurring revenue business models, and managed service strategies to Universal Wilde.

Bill Fitzgerald, CEO since 2007, has been promoted to executive chairman of the board.
In his new role Bill will be primarily focusing on growth, mergers and acquisitions, and new services and capabilities.
