Tim and Robert Poole Name New President to Lead Day-to-Day Operations of Dome

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — March 10, 2017 — Tim Poole and Robert Poole, partners, have announced the promotion of Misha Pavlov to president of Dome. Tim Poole will continue in the role of executive chairman and CEO of Dome, while Pavlov will assume the day-to-day duties as president. Pavlov has been serving as Dome's executive VP of operations since January 2016. He brings a progressive management style to Dome from his many years of experience with RR Donnelley and Consolidated Graphics.

Robert Poole, partner and Dome's CMO, is excited and fully endorses this move. “Misha’s contributions to Dome over the last 12 months prove to me he has the ability and the vision to drive Dome's future. He is continuing to build on our positive business culture.”

Tim Poole also adds, "Bob and I have no plans on stepping down, nor are we positioning our company for any type of transition. This move is aimed at expanding our Executive Leadership Team and situating Dome for continued growth in an industry of change."
