Management Team Completes Buyout of Sandy Alexander

CLIFTON, NJ—Sandy Alexander, a premier graphic communications provider, announced that its management team has completed a buyout of the company. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction makes Sandy Alexander a privately held company owned exclusively by the management team, which remains intact.
