Master Graphics Has New Name

It has been an eventful year for the former Master Graphics. Earlier the company announced that its First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization became effective in March. Under the plan, the company's existing common stock was cancelled and substantially all of the new common stock of the reorganized company will be distributed to general unsecured creditors, including holders of Master Graphics' senior notes, on account of and in cancellation of their claims.
