Former Kodak Employee Lisa Streator Joins Screen as Customer Service Coordinator
ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. — March 29, 2016 — Screen Americas has announced the appointment of Lisa Streator to the new position of customer service coordinator. Streator’s assignment addresses the needs of Screen’s growing customer base employing print-on-demand inkjet solutions across the targeted market segments of high speed continuous printing, narrow web label printing and wide-format and industrial printing. As the newest member of the Screen Americas service team, Streator will be responsible for managing the company’s client-centered call center services. In particular, she will ensure that contacts for service are handled correctly and that field service scheduling and dispatching proceed smoothly and efficiently.
The addition of Streator to the service team further demonstrates Screen’s commitment to a customer-first culture as Screen’s POD ink business continues to grow.

Streator offers Screen more than 25 years of multifaceted experience working for a variety of small and large companies, including Eastman Kodak. She has served as executive assistant, global administrative assistant and treasury operations assistant, among other positions.
