John Lombard is the new President and CEO for BÖWE SYSTEC North America
AUGSBURG, GERMANY—Sept. 13, 2011—BÖWE SYSTEC GmbH announced the appointment of John Lombard as president and CEO of BÖWE SYSTEC North America, reporting directly to the Management Board of BÖWE SYSTEC GmbH. Lombard, an industry veteran, is the former president of BÖWE BELL + HOWELL and BÖWE SYSTEC Inc. and is based in the Greater New York area.
BÖWE SYSTEC GmbH CEO Heiner Kudrus said, “We are deeply committed to our customers and we are extremely pleased that John was able to rejoin our group to lead our company in the North American market. He has deep industry knowledge and very strong customer relationships and we believe this will help demonstrate our commitment to the North American market. His direct presence will allow us to have a pulse on the industry so we can continue to provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs today and tomorrow.”

The newly formed BÖWE SYSTEC North America will work closely with Bell and Howell, its North American distributor, to provide customers and the market with exceptional products and services.
