Inkjet Summit 2017 Receives Excellent Reviews, Reveals Annual Award Winners
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — June 16, 2017 — Inkjet Summit 2017, held here April 24-26 at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, was a major success for both sponsors and attendees. The Inkjet Summit is an invitation-only, hosted event designed for senior managers and business executives from print providers and corporate enterprises who are looking to develop strategies, understand their options and make major investment decisions around production inkjet printing technology.
According to Marco Boer, VP at IT Strategies and chair of Inkjet Summit 2017, “The Inkjet Summit is the single most important and focused digital production inkjet conference in the printing industry worldwide. There is no other event that encourages as much interaction and sharing of knowledge about production inkjet technology among equipment, software and supplies manufacturers and those who are interested in adopting the technology.”
While prospective users are looking for information and guidance, suppliers are looking for ways to identify and develop relationships with these potential buyers who are specifically interested in production inkjet solutions. Inkjet Summit 2017 was able to meet both of these needs, making the conference a tremendous success for both attendees and sponsors.
Inkjet Summit 2017 Keynote-level sponsors included Canon Solutions America, HP, Ricoh and Xerox. For a full list of this year’s sponsors please visit www.ijsummit.com.
Here are some accolades provided by Inkjet Summit 2017 Keynote-level sponsors:
“The Inkjet Summit experience is one of the best. The insights we garner while networking with current and potential buyers is paramount to our success. Not only can we share our story with them, but we get to hear their stories as well. We hear about the problems they are trying to solve using technology, then internalize that and are able to feed it back into the work we are doing. I’m also a great believer in events that have a lot of depth in content, like the Inkjet Summit does. Additionally, executives have the opportunity to learn from, and network with, their peers in a way that is not possible at other events. We’re coming into a paradigm in the printing industry where fewer people are doing general printing applications while more are focused on end-to-end applications, and that behooves a deep conversation with the customer, making this a great event that we always enjoy participating in year after year.” — Steve Welkley, VP Production Inkjet, North American Operations, Xerox
“Everyone comes to the Inkjet Summit with a unique perspective, and those diverse perspectives are a major reason Ricoh continues to serve as a keystone sponsor. It has once again succeeded our expectations, provided further evidence that inkjet continues to drive the market and helped foster conversations with our valued existing and potential customers. At such an exciting and change-rich time for inkjet, this Inkjet Summit was perhaps more important than ever.” — Mike Herold, Director, Global Marketing, Ricoh
“The Inkjet Summit is one of the best events of the year. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to meet with our customers and other industry leaders to learn more about their current business needs, and to work together to advance the industry. Production inkjet is continuously evolving, and we are dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and providing our customers the innovative technology and solutions they need to win their markets. The Inkjet Summit gives us a rich environment to help us accomplish just this, as well as to help print service providers make the most of inkjet technology.” — Tonya Powers, Senior Manager, Marketing, Canon Solutions America
“HP is proud to be a keynote sponsor for the Inkjet Summit. The Inkjet Summit is much more than a typical conference or trade show event; it’s become one of the most important events of the year, not just for HP, but for everyone involved. It’s where prospective buyers have a chance to interact 1:1 with executives from HP — but more importantly from existing customers about how they are growing their businesses. There is a huge efficiency in having the entire ecosystem together for several intensely focused days and, with so many positive case studies and growth projections coming out of the main sessions, everyone left feeling upbeat about the bright future for inkjet. We’re looking forward to next year!” — Marc Johnson, Marketing Manager, HP Graphics Solutions Business – Americas
