Hi-Liter/Inland Graphics Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Plus Companies

It is anticipated that the majority of current employees will remain with the new company and continue to operate from the Menomonee Falls location. Dennis Redman, Founder of Plus Companies, will remain as an executive with the Corporation.
