Heidelberg USA Releases New Product Installation Report
Dominion Printers Perfects Pressroom with Printmaster PM 52 from Heidelberg
The installation of a 2-color Heidelberg Printmaster PM 52 marks an exciting time for Dominion Printers in Virginia Beach , Va. After much success with two previously-owned Heidelberg presses, Dominion Printers installed the PM 52 to take on the “harder short-run and in-between jobs,” according to Pressroom Supervisor James Austin. “We realized that while it may be a big investment on the front end to install a new Heidelberg , the payoff in the end is so worth it,” he said. The Printmaster PM 52 allows Dominion Printers to offer a broader spectrum of printing stock options to meet customer demands. “The press has the capability to do whatever I want it to do,” said Austin . “The pressroom is perfect now.” Dominion Printers owns other Heidelberg equipment, including two POLAR cutters and a new Stahlfolder, and it uses Heidelberg Consumables in the pressroom. Founded in 1984, Dominion Printers’ staff of 20 produces business materials such as brochures, fliers and posters for a variety of clients.
