Produced as a self-promo by Daily Printing, and designed by Kitty West-McCallion of Cats Away Design, this successful modified sleeve mailer drove a crowd of almost 200 to its open house event to show off the capabilities of a new 8-color HUV perfecting press.

Paper: Sappi McCoy Gloss 120 lb Cover (sleeve) and McCoy Gloss 100 lb Cover (insert)
Size: Sleeve: 9x7˝; Insert: 16.625x13.325˝
Printing: Printed on an 8-color Komori 840PL HUV press, running as 6-color straight UV (4-color process plus spot red, plus reticulating varnish, plus flood gloss UV coating. 5000 qty.
Finishing: Die cut and score on a Heidelberg Varimatrix die-cutter. Hand fold, glue, assemble. Insert into clear envelope and mail.

Trish Witkowski is Chief Folding Fanatic at the online community foldfactory.com. She holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design and a master of science degree in Graphic Arts Publishing from Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Printing Management and Sciences (now the School of Print Media).
