The Bernard Group Acquires Fellow Minnesota-Based Digital Print Shop Hammer Direct
MINNEAPOLIS—October 14, 2015—Quazar Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Hammer Direct, was acquired by The Bernard Group.
Hammer Direct is a digital printing and mailing business headquartered in Minneapolis. Founded in 2002, the company operates under the brands of PostcardBuilder, Printz, Printz Pro, and DirectMailTools. The company provides digital print and design, direct mail and fulfillment operations for its clients.
The Bernard Group is a 100 percent Employee Owned visual merchandising and digital print company, headquartered in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The company serves some of the most prestigious retailers in the consumer products Industry and specializes in large- and small-format digital print and merchandising services for businesses across the United States.
The Bernard Group has acquired all the assets of Hammer Direct, and is continuing Hammer Direct’s operations out of the Minneapolis location for the foreseeable future. Hammer Direct will provide short-run printing and direct mail services for The Bernard Group’s operation.
