GE Antares Finances $80M Senior Secured Facility to Support Acquisition of OneTouchPoint by ICV
CHICAGO—September 16, 214—GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, announced today it is serving as administrative agent on a $80 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of OneTouchPoint by ICV Partners. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner on this facility.
Headquartered in Oak Brook, IL, OneTouchPoint provides customers in a wide range of industries with outsourced document and data management services, including document collateral management, data-driven digital print services, packaging, customized fulfillment, digital media and e-business solutions. OneTouchPoint serves its customers from seven U.S. locations.
