The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) will hold their Third Quarter workshop September 11 & 12, 2025 at The University Club of Washington DC. The workshop will focus on Supervisory Excellence and will highlight workplace challenges facing managers and supervisors. Case studies will be among the learning tools utilized during the workshop, designed to help members understand, assess and improve their ability to effectively lead their team(s).
Now in its fifth year, The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and at some of the industry’s finest service providers.
The GCLI was founded by Mike Philie (The Philie Group) and Joe Truncale (Alexander Joseph & Associates) and successfully launched in March, 2021. The Institute continues to grow in size and impact as forward-looking organizations address the challenge of retaining talent by investing in the leadership development of their key people.
GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program specifically designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise while helping members develop a valuable peer network.
