The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) will hold their Fourth Quarter Workshop of 2025, November 20 & 21 at Heidelberg North America’s Headquarters in Kennesaw, Georgia.
GCLI members will experience a tour of Heidelberg’s Print & Media & Performance Training Center where they will experience first-hand an impressive portfolio of cutting-edge print technology. They will also learn about Heidelberg’s training programs designed to develop the skills of both operators and maintenance staff, underscoring the company’s commitment to workforce development in the graphic communications industry.
Heidelberg’s PMPTC serves as a destination for active discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning, helping to equip the next generation of print leaders with the knowledge and expertise needed to thrive in a rapidly changing industry.

The Fourth Quarter Workshop topic addresses the complex topic of Strategy and Planning. Workshop leaders Mike Philie and Joe Truncale will share key insights and techniques applied by industry leaders to drive revenue growth and client loyalty.
The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership.
