Contac Acquires Assets of Forum Productions Inc.

VANCOUVER, CANADA—February 2, 2010—Contac announced its further expansion into print with the acquisition of certain printing assets from Forum Productions Inc. (“Forum”), a commercial printer located in Delta, B.C.

The transaction has resulted in Contac acquiring a wide range of print equipment and technology including a six-color, 40” sheetfed press; a four-color UV hybrid, 29” sheetfed press; a die-cutter/foiler; and an assortment of other assets totalling 39 pieces to complement Contac’s existing print infrastructure.
