Brad Karsh Will Describe How to Create Culture of Excellence at DscoopX GPA Partner Session
CHICAGO—February 13, 2015—In the age of ingenuity, successful organizations need to under promise, over deliver, and push beyond the ordinary. GPA will help attendees of DscoopX in Washington, DC, create a culture where employees are inspired to go beyond the call of duty on a daily basis during their Diamond Partner Presentation on March 5 at 1:45 p.m. Returning guest speaker Brad Karsh of JB Training Solutions will present “CHALANT - Leading with a Driving Purpose” to illustrate how to take action and create a culture of excellence.
Open to all attendees of DscoopX, this engaging session is for individuals from all aspects of business, from owners to press operators and everyone in between. During this session, guests will learn how to:
- Identify and harness personal passions to pump up workplace productivity and morale
- Build a more transparent and diverse work environment
- Inspire coworkers by sharing a vision, setting a strong example, and making work fun
- Operate with grit by being persistent and staying on course when things get tough
CHALANT, or the opposite of nonchalant, is the concept behind a culture of passion, devotion and action that encourages the development of employees. This session will illustrate how to embrace passion with real-life examples from companies like Zappos and Wal-Mart, develop true grit with stories from Michael Jordan and Malcolm Gladwell, and offer tactical principles on how to take action on goals to ensure success. This session provides an inventive approach on how individuals can work together to create a culture where everyone operates with purpose and tenacity.
