Cutter Replaces 25-Year-Old Unit

SHEBOYGAN, WI—A Heidelberg Polar 115 X programmable paper cutter has replaced Boneck Printing's old Polar ECM cutter. "We cut everything from raw sheets to finished pads on the Polar machine," says Tom Behrens, president. "Although we've been up and running for only a few weeks, my operators are telling me how happy they are with the cutter, especially the ease of programming and maintenance, step-by-step alerts and the streamlined OptiKnife knife changing. 
We hope to be at least 30 percent more productive than we were."
