BRENTWOOD—Critical Impressions, a family owned business, recently installed a five-color Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52. The printer also recently improved its prepress department by purchasing Heidelberg's SuperColor and SuperTrap systems to assist with the design and color management aspect of production.

DALLAS—Padgett Printing has expanded its Digital Print Center by added a third Digimaster to their current inventory of two, as well as a new four-color NexPress digital press.

HOUSTON—Rasch Graphic Services is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. Rasch offers a variety of bookbinding and finishing services.

MANSFIELD—KBA North America has presented Southern Champion Tray, an international packaging printer, with a hand-made replica of its six-color, 56˝ KBA Rapida 142 sheetfed press with tower coater.

ALEXANDRIA—DigiLink, formerly a prepress-only operation, has added its first traditional offset press. The newly installed Komori L-628 sheetfed offset press was on display for 175 customers recently during an open house. It joins a KBA 74 Karat digital offset press already in operation. The company also now boasts full bindery services.

CHESAPEAKE—Jones Printing Service has purchased a six-color Heidelberg Speedmaster SM-74 with coater to complement its two-color Speedmaster SM-102 and six-color Speedmaster CD-102 with coater. The CD-102 was also upgraded from CPC 1.04 to CP 2000.

Richmond—Management of B&B Printing reports that the company has achieved ISO 9001:2000 registration.

VERONA—Park Printing House recently unveiled its latest press: a six-color Heidelberg Speedmaster CD-74.

WAUKESHA—Commercial printer J.B. Kenehan Inc. has installed a new six-color Komori Lithrone LS40 sheetfed press equipped with in-line aqueous coating and Komori's PDC-S color management system.
