Firm Gets State Aid to Hire 38 in Latest Expansion

From the time he was a young boy, John Ferretti dreamed of owning a business. Today, Ferretti is the 50-year-old CEO and owner of FoxFire Printing and Packaging Inc. And he's hiring to expand the business that he opened in 1991.

The firm will reinvest $8.6 million for capital investments, aided by a $336,000 grant from the Delaware Strategic Fund and a $1 million loan to help offset the hiring of 38 new employees for its printing and production facilities in the Delaware Industrial Park.

The positions are a mix of sales, data processing, digital printing operations, factory and skilled labor positions
