Lewis Driskell Sr. stood silently outside Union Printing Co. on North Saginaw St. (Flint, MI), trying to find the words to describe what had just taken place at his business of more than 38 years. “I’m just devastated,” said Driskell, the company’s 82-year-old owner of a fire Sunday afternoon inside the building, which left behind extensive smoke and water damage.
Driskell went to school in Tuskegee, Alabama and performed printing work for Martin Luther King Jr. when the civil rights leaders was a reverend in Montgomery.
