Recapping the headlines of the week of March 13th, the printing industry is mourning the loss of two long-time industry leaders. Bill Lamparter, a printing and publishing industry analyst who had a solid track record for correctly identifying technological and market trends early on, passed away on March 8th at the age of 87. John Frautschi, who was the chairman of successful and respected book printing manufacturer Webcrafters Inc. in Madison, Wis., passed away on March 9th at the age of 87.
