For the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011, Consolidated Graphics reported revenue totaling $283.9 million, a $15.2 million or 5.1 percent decrease compared to the prior-year quarter. Its adjusted operating income was $20.6 million vs. $30.2 million the previous year.

Consolidated Graphics Posts Lower Income on Revenue Increase

Consolidated Graphics’ revenue for the quarter increased $7.3 million, or 2.8 percent, to $267.4 million. The increase was due to growth in same-store sales of 1.7 percent and acquisitions. Adjusted net income was $8.3 million, vs. $9.0 million for the prior-year quarter.
