Vistaprint’s revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2012 grew to $299.9 million, a 28 percent increase over the same quarter a year ago. Its operating income for the quarter was $32.5 million and reflected a 15 percent decrease compared to the same quarter of FY2011.
