A Cure for Lovesickness Mailer (Video)
Valentines Day is the theme that echoes throughout this self-promotion piece, which was designed by SK Designworks in Philadelphia. The mailer features two separate pieces—an envelope, along with a card.
For a bit of a twist, the designer added sugar that adheres to the spoon on the card, along with the words in light red text "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down," from Mary Poppins. A simple monogram also appears on the spoon; and the envelope portion features matching grey and white address labels.
The paper used for this project was Crane's 110-lb. Lettra, Fluorescent white, that is soft to the touch. This self-promotional piece was both elegant and original.
