NEWTON, IA—August 10, 2007—Rock Communications, Ltd. of Newton, IA has acquired Colorfx, Inc. of Des Moines, IA. Effective August 10th, 2007, the combined companies will have approximately 400 employees in five facilities throughout central and northeastern Iowa. Combined annual sales of the two companies are approximately $75M. The companies will retain their original names. The Rock/Colorfx team brings together two family-owned companies with a history of successfully serving customers with high quality print services for over 60 years.
