Newark, NJ-based One Source Solutions has been acquired by KM Media Group. Staff and operations of One Source Solutions will relocate to KM Media's 50,000-square-foot location in Clifton, NJ. One Source Solutions was originally formed as a Sir Speedy Printing franchise in 1984, but its former owners, Roy and Sherri Winters, rebranded it as the non-franchise One Source Solutions in 2009.

Rob Sternau has joined the management team at Kay Printing in Clifton, NJ, as director of new business development. In his new position, Sternau will be responsible for helping grow overall sales by developing sales and marketing initiatives, recruiting additional sales reps and direct selling.
Kay Media, whose web press has been plagued by a faulty catalytic converter that resulted in what Clifton, NJ, residents described as unbearable odors drifting into homes that border the Entin Road plant, has pledged to shut the machine until the situation has been rectified, the Clifton Journal reported.

The deal provides Kay with additional sales strength and expanded capabilities for heatset web printing. Kay Printing, a 35-year-old business, reaps approximately $12 million in annual sales. In addition to providing sheetfed and digital printing services from a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Clifton, NJ, the company provides design services from its location in New York.
Kay Printing's services include sheetfed and digital printing, while Mark Lithography provides sheetfed, as well as heatset web printing capabilities. With approximately $12 million in annual sales, Kay Printing has been profitably serving the Northeast for 35 years.
