CHEVERLY, MD—Peake Printers, based here, and DeLancey Printing of Alexandria, VA, have agreed to a merger. The newly created company will be called Peake/DeLancey Printers.The new company will operate out of Peake's 140,000-square-foot facility in Cheverly.
