Case Paper’s Sonata Silver and Sonata Rainbow laminated paperboard substrates have been certified for use with the Color-Logic process in inkjet applications. "Not only are these materials appropriate for use with the Color-Logic process on UV inkjet equipment, but their folding and creasing characteristics make them particularly well-suited for package prototyping," said Mark Geeves Color-Logic's director of sales and marketing.

Case Paper, a 70-year-old paper supplier and converter in Harrison, NY, has launched a free app, Paper Pro, for printers, suppliers, and packaging professionals that need to spec orders, price out options, or calculate quantities or weights. Users can even look at the formula for each calculator by hitting the “info” button, and can also copy the complete calculation results for later use, or e-mail the results to a client or customer right from the app.
