HUNTINGTON, IN—Our Sunday Visitor, a Catholic, not-for-profit producer of parish offering envelopes based here, has acquired the assets of American Paper Group (APG), a major envelope producer located in Youngstown, OH. Our Sunday Visitor entered into an agreement with the owners of American Paper Group to purchase the assets of the company out of bankruptcy. American Paper Group, parent of American Church, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Nov. 6, 2002. The bankruptcy reorganization was filed to facilitate the sale of the company.
