Fujifillm North America Corporation, Graphic Systems Division, recently installed the Inca Onset X2, at Innomark, a Miamisburg, Ohio-based visual communications provider. With the Onset X2 in its line-up running three shifts per day, Innomark is now able to say yes to more jobs for existing clients, as well as for many new business opportunities.

Bankrupt printer Standard Register is seeking an extension for the formal filing of its Chapter 11 plan. The company filed a motion in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, seeking an additional 90 days to file its plan.

The settlement, filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court last Friday, sees the official committee of unsecured creditors dropping any and all claims against Standard Register and stakeholder Silver Point Capital. The $5 million will be taken from a fund that would have gone toward second-lien lenders at the conclusion of Standard Register's Chapter 11 settlement.

RR Donnelley & Sons Co. told the state of Ohio it expects to close its Sycamore Township facility and lay off 57 workers.

The Chicago-based commercial printing firm said the layoffs could start May 13 and be complete by the end of the month.

MILFORD, NH—Label manufacturer Spear is shutting down its manufacturing operations here and will transfer them to the company's Mason, OH, facility, according to the Nashua Telegraph. Sixty jobs are being lost in Milford, though 30 positions will open in Mason, and many of those posts could be filled by transfers.
