Stamford, Conn.-based Cenveo Inc., which has been struggling for some time partly from its heavy debt load due to past acquisitions as a one-time major printing industry roll-up consolidator, announced today that that it has reached an agreement with holders of a majority of its first-lien debt to support a voluntary Chapter 11 plan of reorganization.

Spicers Paper and The Gilman Brothers Company are extending their authorized distribution agreement for 2017. As an authorized distributor, Spicers Paper will continue to be a key supplier of Gilman Brothers’ full line of rigid substrates including INFINITY styrene-faced foamboard and InSite Reveal clay-coated foamboard, as well as EAGLECELL all-paper graphics board.
