InfoPrint Solutions Company, a joint venture between IBM and Ricoh, today announced that it continues to drive the worldwide adoption of TransPromo, an innovative marketing technique combining personalized marketing with trusted statements such as bills. This is via the opening of InfoPrint Innovation Centers, coupled with running TransPromo pilot promotions to demonstrate the business benefits of its use. InfoPrint’s customers using its full-color, continuous forms drop-on-demand inkjet printing system, the InfoPrint 5000, are also running successful trials, with direct mailers and transactional printers around the world.

Vision Graphics, Inc. announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Keyline Graphics,Inc. located in Denver, Colorado. The transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days and the present management team led by Del Baker will remain with the company following its completion. Other terms were not disclosed.

PITTSBURGH—Printing Industries of America and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (PIA/GATF) has re-assigned its Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming territories to PIA Inc. of Arizona (PIAZ) following the disaffiliation earlier this summer of Printing and Imaging Association of the Mountain States (PIAMS). The new organization will be called Printing Industries of Colorado and will be run by the current CEO of PIA Inc. of Arizona, Sandi Neuman.
