Standard Offset Acquires Veitch Printing

READING, PA—Standard Offset Printing has purchased Veitch Printing and Veitch Digital Partners for an undisclosed amount of cash, according to the Lancaster (PA) Intelligencer Journal. The deal creates a company with a potential for annual sales of $25 to $30 million.
Thomas Veitch, formerly president of Veitch Printing, becomes president of digital services for Standard Offset/Veitch Printing, the interim name of the company. Earlier this year, Standard Offset acquired Acorn Press.
