Consolidated Graphics has entered into a letter of intent to acquire St. Louis-based Universal Printing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "Universal Printing is an extremely well run company which will further expand our capabilities and footprint in the Midwest as we continue to build on our industry leading position," said Joe R. Davis, chairman and CEO of Consolidated Graphics.
