Rochester, NY-based printing and branding company Cooley Group said Tuesday that it would buy another Rochester printing firm, Proforma I.F. Printing Services.
With the acquisition, Cooley increases its staff size to 32. Besides its headquarters in Rochester, Cooley has locations in Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Albany and the Hudson Valley.
Proforma's Proforma MAX program is designed exclusively for multi-million dollar printers, that offers an exclusive suite of services that helps larger printers grow their top line sales, bottom-line profits and improve their quality of life.
