FORT PAYNE, AL—04/04/07—In the fourth quarter of 2006, Samuel Manutech completed the purchase of Ovalstrapping Graphic Arts and Industrial divisions in the U.S. One of the objectives of the purchase was to utilize the synergies of Samuel Strapping Systems News Group and the Oval Graphic Arts Group.
