SHELTON, CT—Baldwin Technology, a provider of process automation
technology for the printing industry, has agreed to purchase
Nordson UV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordson Corp. that
provides UV curing systems used in the graphic arts. Nordson will
retain its industrial UV curing product lines. Nordson UV will be
renamed Baldwin UV, and will do business under the Baldwin UV,
Horizon and Primarc brand names.
