Majority shareholder Loïc Dufeil, chairman of ADT, has acquired 100 percent of the existing capital of Nipson SAS and increased the capital of the company. “This recapitalization will allow us to support the growing range of our product portfolio in the market of monochrome and color digital printing.”

On 28 October 2008, Nipson SAS filed for the French ‘Redressement Judiciaire’ in the light of the financial difficulties which it had been experiencing, and obtained an agreement with the French Courts for a restructuring plan.
