Trelleborg Acquires MacDermid Offset

TRELLEBORG, SWEDEN—Trelleborg AB, through its Trelleborg Engineered Systems, has acquired Denver-based MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets for about $65.6 million. MacDermid also has a production unit in France and worldwide sales. The operations will be integrated with Trelleborg Engineered Systems.

HP Swings Deal for MacDermid ColorSpan

MacDermid Inc., Matrix Finalize Agreement

NEW YORK—MacDermid Inc. and Matrix Acquisition have received shareholder approval for the merger of the two companies. As part of the deal, MacDermid stockholders will receive $35 in cash per share.Matrix Acquisition, which purchased MacDermid, was formed by an investor group led by Court Square Capital Partners.
