Two Louisville, KY, Allegra Centers are Merging Next Year to Focus on Clients, Culture, Community

Allegra Marketing Services, Louisville-East, located on Technology Drive, and Allegra Louisville, located on Preston Highway, are consolidating their operations and will merge on Jan. 1, 2015, rebranding themselves under Allegra Marketing Services.

As part of the move, the printing companies will relocate more than 50 employees to 11750 Diode Court in Bluegrass Commerce Park, creating the nation's largest Allegra franchise.

Once established, the new center will be managed by a trio of owners: Denise Spalding and Jennifer Eberle, founders and co-owners of Allegra Marketing Services, Louisville-East; and Gary Owen, founder and owner of Allegra Louisville.

Longtime NC Printing Company Recently Completed its Last Job

Sun Printing in Winston-Salem, NC, recently sold its intangible assets, including customer accounts and computer files, to Allegra at 5059 Country Club Road in Winston-Salem, NC, for an undisclosed amount.

Four of Sun Printing’s 12 employees were hired by Allegra and are now at its Country Club Road office. Greg Russ, president of Sun Printing, has been temporarily consulting for Allegra to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

Russ said it has been a difficult choice to sell the company because of Sun Printing’s loyal employees and customer base, as well as its long history in the Russ family.
