Working with its service provider, Rider Dickerson, IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, the law school of Illinois Institute of Technology, created a multi-phase communication program to encourage students to visit the campus. I believe that there are many firms that are unable or unwilling to pay the price to hire and attract the caliber of person that can succeed in today’s marketplace. He had no cash but lots of talent and willingness.
