WorkflowOne Lands Multi-Year Contract with Great Wolf Resorts
April 2007
DAYTON, OH—April 16, 2007—WorkflowOne, one of North America’s leading providers of document and business process outsourcing services, today announced it has secured a multi-year contract with Great Wolf Resorts, Inc®, North America’s largest family of indoor water park resorts. As a result, WorkflowOne will become the key provider for print and brand management services, as well as outfitter to the company’s more than 3,500 customer-facing employees.
Great Wolf Resorts is the nation’s largest owner, operator and developer of drive-to resorts featuring indoor water parks. While the company currently has nine resorts in eight states and one in Canada, their aggressive growth plans include adding several resorts in the coming years. To evolve with its growth, Great Wolf Resorts chose to partner with a solution-oriented company that could offer value by way of a broad portfolio of print-related products, brand-management expertise, a nationwide footprint and fulfillment facilities close to its resorts.
As a result, all resort employees, from lifeguards to restaurant and hotel staff, will enjoy a custom and privately branded apparel program that provides functionally fashionable image wear offering a consistent appearance to the thousands of families that visit Great Wolf Lodge®. In addition, WorkflowOne will provide logistics, supply chain, brand and print management services, including business cards, forms, direct mail and marketing collateral to support their existing properties and growth plans.
Great Wolf Resorts will also utilize WorkflowOneAccess, WorkflowOne’s new Web-based system that helps organizations optimize their supply chain and manage their brand-related spend. WorkflowOneAccess will give all of the individual properties the ability to order uniforms, forms, business cards and marketing support materials through a convenient online portal, allowing Great Wolf Resorts and its brands of indoor water park resorts, Great Wolf Lodge and Blue Harbor Resorts™, to decentralize order entry while maintaining centralized purchasing and brand control.
“Among the proposals we received from suppliers, WorkflowOne understood our strategy best, as well as the challenges that come with rapid expansion,” said Aaron Lavoy, director of creative services at Great Wolf Resorts. “In addition to the products and services available through WorkflowOne, they also provide us technology and expertise that allow us to better manage and control our brands.”
Through a co-sourcing relationship with OOBE of Greenville, SC, WorkflowOne provided the innovative and stylish lifestyle image wear as part of the Great Wolf Resorts contract.
Great Wolf Resorts is currently rolling out its new image wear, affectionately named Wolf Wear. From the buttons on the shirts, to the zippers on the pants, to the tags in the clothing, every piece of image wear received is own Great Wolf Lodge touch.
