HBP Subsidiary Obtains Whitmore Print Assets

HAGERSTOWN, MD—HBP Inc., a mid-Atlantic integrated communications company, has purchased certain assets of Whitmore Print and Imaging through a corporate subsidiary.

In business for more than 100 years, HBP provides communication tools through integrated solutions, including print, multichannel marketing services and a customized fulfillment operation. Whitmore has been providing printing services for 65 years, and this acquisition will offer its customers access to an even broader range of services and solutions.

“This acquisition is a strategic part of our aim to become the mid-Atlantic region’s leading integrated communications company. Our services include technology and marketing solutions, such as mobile and Website development, data integration and data capture services, multichannel marketing, customized storefronts, digital and conventional print, and wide-format printing, along with traditional mailing and fulfillment services,” stated John Snyder, president of HBP.

The HBP Group of companies now has Maryland locations in Baltimore, Bethesda, Falls Church and Hagerstown.
