Welsh Bindery Files for Receivership

NEW BERLIN, WI—Citing a working capital shortfall and a need to sell the company, Welsh Bindery has filed for receivership under Chapter 128 of the Wisconsin statutes. This type of receivership allows a company to continue operating until the assets are sold clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances.
