Welsh Bindery Files for Receivership

June 2007
NEW BERLIN, WI—Citing a working capital shortfall and a need to sell the company, Welsh Bindery has filed for receivership under Chapter 128 of the Wisconsin statutes. This type of receivership allows a company to continue operating until the assets are sold clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances.

Wadsworth Whitestar Consultants (WWC) has been retained by the court-appointed receiver to oversee Welsh’s operations and assist in the sale of its assets. WWC is seeking interest in Welsh from qualified buyers prepared to move quickly. For more information, contact (708) 814-7028.
