Vision Integrated Acquires Sales From Closed Printers

CHICAGO—Vision Integrated Graphics Group, a full-service marketing solutions provider with three locations in the Chicago area, announced that the sales teams and some support staff of InfoComm (Chicago) and Wagner Printing (Freeport, IL) have joined Vision.

“InfoComm and Wagner Printing have been able to serve our customers at the highest level possible for over 150 years. We are extremely thankful for the relationships and friends we have built with our clients along the way,” said Eric Wagner, owner of InfoComm and Wagner Printing. “Our industry continues to change and evolve and we believe joining Vision will best serve our clients.”

Vision Integrated Graphics Group has about 240 employees with the added staff.

“We are very excited to welcome members from InfoComm and Wagner Printing to our team,” said Doug Powell, CEO of Vision. “We look forward to working with their clients and continue the great tradition of service and reliability they delivered. We are confident our ability to provide state-of-the-Web-based technologies with high-end manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities will bring their clients powerful and cost-effective marketing and communication programs.”

Vision Integrated Graphics has undergone a number of changes during its 50 years in business, including merging the original company, Award/Vision, with Steve Smits’ Alpha Beta Press in 2005. In early 2012, Vision acquired Point Imaging, a producer of large-format graphics. The combined companies now generate about $40 million in annual revenues.
