Vincent Direct Adds Watson Publications

COLUMBUS, OH—Vincent Direct, a direct marketing firm offering graphic design, printing, mailing, fulfillment and e-commerce services, has completed its purchase of Watson Publications, a Florida-based national special event publications company. The company publishes souvenir magazines for the professional golf industry and other spectator sports.

According to Vincent’s management, the purchase of the sports publications company is a strategic move to integrate vertically, enabling the firm to now both publish and print its own products.

“We’ve partnered successfully with Watson for 10 years, so this purchase is a natural step in our growth strategy. Watson’s customers will benefit from additional services such as direct mail and other tournament-related printing needs,” explains Ty Vincent, president and CEO.
