Vertis Unveils New St. Louis Facility

BALTIMORE—Vertis Communications celebrated the opening of a 23,000-square-foot premedia facility in the St. Louis suburb of Earth City, MO. The facility was relocated from Maryland Heights, MO.
The company will use the new digs to produce work for retail and consumer packaged goods, advertising agencies, printers and packaging converters on a local and national level.
Vertis also announced the IDEAlliance SWOP and GRACoL proofing certification of its Vertis Color Communicator II continuous tone digital ink-jet proofing system. Vertis is certified to produce proofs for both commercial and publication printing utilizing the CGS ORIS Color Tuner RIP software, Vertis semi-matte proofing paper and Vertis-branded Epson K3 inks.
