Vacchiano to Become President, CEO of X-Rite

GRANDVILLE, MI—Thomas Vacchiano Jr. is slated to become president and CEO of X-Rite, effective October 1. He replaces current CEO Michael Ferrara, who is retiring.

Vacchiano was the president and CEO of Amazys Holding AG for more than five years prior to its acquisition by X-Rite in July. Ferrara will consult for the company through the end of the year.
