Statement: Prisma Graphic will be cooperating fully with MCSO in their investigation of illegally documented employees and show that the company has followed all state and federal requirements; the company can also show that client documents and all proprietary information are secure at all times.

Prisma Graphic has provided the Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office with all hiring documentation on the seven current employees and the eleven previous employees under question by the MCSO on their legal status. These documents include verifications made by Prisma Graphic with E-Verify; I-9 forms and supporting documentation. Prisma Graphic stands by its hiring practices and takes every step required by the state and federal laws.

Media interviews earlier today with the MCSO suggest that Prisma was printing false documents or other forgeries on the premises. No such conduct is happening on the premises and the search warrant did not relate to any such allegations.

Prisma Graphic is responsible for the printing and mailing of promotional marketing materials for numerous clients in multiple industries, include finance and healthcare. The company does not print credit cards, credit card statements or checks at this time.

The building is under 24/7 security surveillance, with cell phone access limited to management to also ensure that at no time can employees have an opportunity to produce or distribute proprietary information or create false documents. Printing machinery is only accessible by authorized personnel and all print jobs are approved and supervised.

In a press release issued this afternoon from the Sherriff’s Office, it states, “A phone call by a tipster informed MCSO that certain financial records were being produced. Although the Sheriff’s Office had received information that credit card information, hunting tags and ACCESS health care information were present, no physical evidence to corroborate the tipster’s information was discovered at the scene. Additionally, no political campaign ads or other campaign literature was uncovered during today’s operation as the tipster indicated.
